The question is where will the cash come from to move us higher?<,
There's plenty of cash out there, capital is abundant for the reason of the cost of capital. Pay attention to sentiment, rising incomes, and revenues and earnings growth.

What we have had in the market for some time has been schizophrenic the well-liked sectors and growth blue chips have moved to extremely high valuations while small-mid cap stocks have never caught up. I think we will get some more upward movement in the market before it pulls back. My guess for the close at the end of the year is for the market overall to be up by 10%-15%. That's not much given the expectations many people now have. Before the end of the year, we will probably see it down 15%-25%.
