Don't forget about the potential of LIBTYA in this whole scenario.

I'm not sure how hot I would be about LIBTYA. Here is a run down from MSN INvestor:

AT&T has agreed to buy TCI's cable, telecommunications, and Internet services for $32 billion. AT&T will issue its own tracking stock to shareholders of Liberty Media, which will continue to operate as a separate entity under Malone's leadership.

IMHO, Malone very unimpressive as head of TCI. You might want to blame some of it on the fed restrictions but it was not a good act. Nothing says he will do better as CEO at LIBTYA. I think T is putting him over there to get him out of the way.
