To all,

I read in today's N.Y. Times,that John C Malone chairman of Tele-Communications inc. owns a total of 5.64 million shares of
TSATA,1.4 million of which was recently acquired at a little less
than 8 dollars a share.

You would think that he would have some more influence over this transaction than getting one dollar per share in remuneration.
