Ed, I think that the $14 million you are referring to is the Note Payables to Bank, the overdraft was something like $ 1.7 mill The company is in good shape..... all we need is more coverage, people to know them.... I was reading another note today on one of the other boards and checked into Fingerhut which is, more or less, on the same sector. FHT trades with a P/E of over 45 - If SGDE were to trade like Fingerhut, SGDE's stock would be trading at 24 or better.... go and figure... <G> See ya... JP "II" Ps.
