The registered letter to Kevin Fallon was sent today. I summarized the concerns in your posts, added JDN's concerns about the proxy options, and requested a conference call with three SI members before Thursday of this week. I told them several million proxy votes might ride on whether there is evidence that the company's approach to PR and to shareholder interests changes dramatically. I also approached them with the idea that we may ask for an official resolution on the meeting agenda to give our group a process to vote their shares for the resolution, and alternatively, proposing a motion from the floor requesting the right to read concerns and proposed actions into the official record. I'll keep the board apprised. Thanks for all your ideas and suggestions. fma

I am going to vote no!

Lousy SOB's, all that dilution . I remember complaining last year and T-Mex saying they (TAVA) deserve it, and didn't you make money?

Well this year I can say they do not deserve it!!!

Vote NO!!!!

Vote No!!!!

Vote No!!!!!

According to what I read, they were buying at 2 1/2 and dumping on us without telling.

Can we say SEC????

Dear Capt Jack: To be fair, there were also PURCHASES not timely filed. In fact the quantity of purchases may have exceeded the sales (you would have to recheck the proxy material) however I think Kevin Fallon made all the purchases. JDN
