In my first post I posed a simple question.Is the Initial filing
for Selling or Buying, since I did not know when you would do the "Initial Filing".

I concluded, based on Pat Pasquale's answer, that If they sold 20 Mil block of shares, it would sink like a stone. The logic is this: When an insider buys big time, there is good news. When he sells, there is bad news.
