The ag stocks have stopped hitting new lows as the news continues to get worse. I see absolutely no catalyst for things to get better any time soon, but by the time you see it clearly, you'll be looking at Case at 30, DE at 45 and NH at 17 or so. Value investors will never agree about whether it is more important to get in near the bottom, or if it is a better strategy to wait until the stock starts to move, thus missing 20%, but catching the rest of the move with lower risk and less time. It really depends on the situation.
