144s, S3s, and the like, are obtainable through the offices of the SEC, or by other avenues, not excluding Value Line, Wall Street City, etc. A compilation of Dell related activity is easily obtained by one or more of these resources. I have learned heavy selling is motivated by lack of conviction in an instrument's ability to sustain a price extant, although the underlying motivation often is not apparent for several months. Corporate officers exit close to the last whistle-stop that they are not aboard to witness the derailment.
