That "dirt" on SUNR was planted several months ago by a group who didn't want SUNR to get the Challana property. They wanted the Challana for themselves. The dirt was planted several months ago before the Challana agreement was signed by SUNR. The deal is done! The dirt is no longer relevant! DD is a good thing, but follow it through. Otherwise it becomes misleading and another opportunity lost.
