Tout-fests like these affect MU both because they affect nearly every major tech stock related to MU's business (Goldman Sach's conference includes upwards of 150 big tech names -- that's pretty much everybody) as well as MU specifically. There's typically a big jump attributed to "Micron's favorable presentation at the xxx Technology Conference today" release at some point. I'll post a link to specific tout-fest schedules as soon as I find one.
