Len and MMK:

I own a couple of REITS in my long portfolio that are in the business of providing long term leases to chain restaurants like Macaroni Grill and TGIFridays. It's a relatively conservative way to own them, but I've been happy with a smaller yet reliable return there. Yeah, me: daytrader in extremis!

PS: A REIT is a Real Estate Investment Trust.

And thank you everyone who has expressed their gratitude. It's a wonderful feeling to finally be able to give back, especially to such a great group of people.

MMK: Macaroni Grill

Actually, that is exactly what macaroni grill did. Changed the menue a little and voila-- a hot(?) stock. personally, I hate the name because I hate macaroni. But, I liked it a heck of a lot more than I like Chili's.

Ever hear of "Brew Moon." Moree on that later.

Regards,
Len
