LindyBill, I hope you are right that we will be up by a ton by
December. However, I am not looking past April at this point.
My fear is that investors will bail out of stocks causing major
correction late year. At this point, I am going fully invested.
A few months from now---maybe sentiments will change regarding
Y2K---as the more attention it gets , the more seriously
organizations will take---meaning the less of an issue it is.
NO better way to get everyone to fix potential Y2K problems--
fear is the best method.

Still feel that a stock portfolio without a lot in options is like
holding cash---kinda boring for me. That is why I could not
resist on Friday and bought a little CSCO, DELL, INTEL options in
one of my accounts. Of course I will unload them on a small rally.
Just trying to free myself from the options trading addiction.
Trying to keep
my options to under 5%. Might have to sell some covered calls to
balance this if necessary.

sage advice lindy bill...driving myself crazy from week to week over what msft price will do. better to think toward december but tough when you are 80% msft
