John--- you state the SECOND reason we are long in this company,, the story we believe in.
The first is to make money--- all equities have some risk so more return than on a treasury bond is expected. To be close to the overall mkt we anticipate beating is expected. There are other organizations for our DONATIONS.No one I know ever expected to see a 6 again but here we are.
Seems if they would hire you the PR that was promised could materialze,, a year late is better than never. But take the OPTIONS package--- you know it will stay over 2 1/5.

John: These complaints about PR are not due to losing sight. Sure some have bitched about it from day one but there are a lot of us now who sat back and allowed the company to do its thing. We're not talking about hyped-up press releases. We want an effort to gain name recognition and an INTENT to at least maintain and hopefully increase share holder value. We were promised more of an effort in that regard and JJ has snubbed his nose at us. Their efforts are less now than a year ago!

Adding in this bullshit options plan pushed me over the line. I want accountability for last year's UNKEPT promise.

This year, opposed to last year, most people now know of Y2K. Wild Bill put it in the State of the Union speech. I live in a small, sparsely populated area and although many don't understand it just about everyone knows about it.

>>PR for companies solving the most pressing and most underestimed aspect of the Y2k problem in the years to come will follow... by the national newspapers and TV channels...<<

I wouldn't bet on it. This kind of coverage is already happening WITHOUT TAVA getting any press or increased analyst coverage. And, that's why I believe some of us now want it; no demand it be addressed at the ASM.

Dear John: Dont misunderstand. Most of us on this thread are LONG on the stock. Many of us entered when this was all a dream and we believed in that Dream. We took tremendous risk IMHO early on. Now that the dream is actuality it certainly appears to many of us on the surface at least, that JJ is building a nice COMPANY, but not necessarily shareholder value. The two DO NOT always mean the same. For instance, rapid dilution in the stock, while it may have benefitted the Company has only hurt the shareholders. I could go on but I think you all have read enough of my musings to get my drift. JDN

JDN-- ~~ OT~~OT

This is my last post UNLESS something is directed/at/about/to me. My broker will take charge of the little I have left. He will do as he wishes after my proxy is given to fma or mailed, his choice. He has been informed breaking even is no longer a concern. I still believe in the company and it will do well. I just no longer care. I still believe jj is one of the brightest managers around-- just too much on his plate and his agenda is not the same as mine.
Over a year ago I was the only one mentioning most of what has been talked about the past few days. Shortly after that BD also recognized what was going on. Too many people loved the company and believed jj could do no wrong. Now they see he really is human. They still believe in the company which has done extremely well considering all the mistakes that have been made. At least for the next year it will make more money than most its size. Few mistakes can hurt it over the next months,,, but dilution is one. There are tons too many shares now!
It has been fun, a few bucks were made. Some great friends made that will be kept in touch with. Even found out an investor does not have to be sane to make a buck--- insane and lucky works. So it has been a learning experience as well.
I wish all the longs the best and hope TAVA runs through the old high. The sentiment of this crowd, if held beyond the ASM, almost guarantees greater things for the company forever.
John
