Ned, oh Ned. Hows that letter going? Did you find the address of the corporate formalities police?

Don't concern yourself with understanding my motives for posting here. My time is my time and, although you don't understand it, that shouldn't matter. Instead, try to punch holes in my facts. Leroy couldn't do this so he called my names and said that I was a servant of the "old, useless" management of the company.

Motives go to the heart of the matter. If you won't explain your motives you have something to hide. Your facts are that of an empty shell. They will show a company that failed. Because if it had not failed it would not be an empty shell and investorsguru.com would have merged into another empty shell.

If anyone can satisfy me that Mr. Shaw most recent business folly is destine to achieve something more enduring that a larger number of shares outstanding I'll be pleased to change my tune. Until then, caution is the best strategy.

Mr. Shaw was the owner of the empty shell. Which has now been sold to investors.com. The company now is investorsguru.com. The owners of investorsguru.com have taken their private company public. They run the company now, not Mr.Shaw. Are they a success?

But I also know what your purpose is here, Robert, and it just reinforces my desire to expose this piece of shit for what it is.

My purpose here was plainly stated with my first post on the thread. I have bought 20,000 shares at .35.
