Ingram Micro is the first wholesale distributor to receive this designation. Ingram Micro assembles and configures branded and unbranded systems for technology resellers at its 488,000-square-foot Frameworks, Total Integration Services integration center in Memphis, Tenn. Ingram Micro has been authorized since May 1998 to custom-build Compaq PCs and servers on behalf of its reseller customers under the Compaq Channel Configuration Program (CCP).
