Terry: We're all familiar with a head and shoulders pattern- but, have you ever heard of a "decapitated head and shoulders"?

Well, if that term becomes the norm, I know where I heard it first...<g>

Hope the posting of my chart helps my explanations in the future. As long as I am not imposing on Monty, I will post updates from time to time. However, between updates they can be referenced for an understanding of what I am referring to.

Regards,
LG

>>"decapitated head and shoulders"<<

First thing that popped into my mind though was "will we get a fake rally to fill those gaps? Could be something to keep in mind if we pop up all of a sudden. It may not be a head fake (pardon the play on words again) but an attempt to fill the gap that may not nullify the formation.

Just my 2 pennies on the formation. I love that name!!!

Vitas - excellent article, just printed it for a keeper and mailed it to my trading friends.
