Ted-

I also have to agree with Chuck, Baz has only posted confusing thoughts that conflict with his previous opinions about GGNC. Still there is part of me that is concerned about his recent postings. However, we cannot begin to believe him without knowing the source for his information. By the way, the mere posting of an opinion on the company that can be traced to an insider may constitute a breach of insider information. If he has received insider information and makes a suggestion to us (or he reacts to the news by buying or selling) that we should sell (even without quoting his source) than he has committed a crime.

Also, although it appears sleazy for GGNC to tell us that the stock is a bargain, it is necessary at this stage in their development that they get the stock price higher for several reasons. The higher the price, the more credibility the company has for applying for loans to invest in other ventures and buyouts. They also use stock to purchase services and buyouts. The higher the price, the less dilution of shares (lower shares outstanding). Lastly, the higher the price, the more cause for listing on Nasdaq.

GGNC has put themselves in a tough position because they have set a specific time period for the release of their audited financials. This leads me the believe that it will occur soon. Why would they obligate themselves to a specific time period unless they were comfortable that they will release this most important information soon.

I have been on this thread for several months and I was one of the lucky ones to get in for pennies. I have decided to become more active as the more recent posts have been beneficial and on the subject (not the back and forth attacks that occurred weeks ago). I look forward to increasing the activity on this thread.

I think the reason they love to tout ggnc is because they are very excited about what is going on, at least that's the impression I got when talking with them. They are a new Company only approx. four months old and may get a little excited about what they feel their potential is.
I think they are interested in quality and state of the art and my feeling is they will keep this concept going into all their other ventures that are slated for the future.
I understand they want to keep share dilution down as much as possible not to upset investor interest, but will use a combination of cash and shares for aquisitions they plan to make to build the Company.
