My approach to trading in the past has only been call options on
stocks I like----the only one I bombed last year was Tommy
Hilfiger. The others were just MSFT, INTel, Walmart and DELL.
I never really bothered with price targets. I also had a tendency
not to take profits (even if the option went up 500%). One
MSFT call, I waited til i had made 25 times my cost before
bailing out.

I find it hard to unload it once it hits a price target because
I always feel there is room for more---In the case of MSFT, I
feel very strong about this.
If I had a choice to buy just one stock---without hesitation it
would be MSFT.

A 10% move up in a stock does not do too much for me---I just like
the excitement of market timing call options. Until I blow it,
I will probably continue it----but with less money. Maybe I might
create a new account for this purpose and leave the balance in
stock.
