SECURITIES RESOLUTION ADVISORS INC. EXECUTES DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE INTERNET AUCTION INC.

PORT WASHINGTON, N.W. ---Feb. 1, 1999---Securities Resolution Advisors Inc.(OTC BB:SRAD)("SRAD") announced today it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Internet Auction, Inc. ("Auction") in exchange for eighty percent of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company. The closing of the acquisition is scheduled for February 25, 1999.

Upon closing of this transaction, the company intends to apply for a name and symbol change. The proposed name will be Internet Auction, Inc. Following the closing date; Auction's management will assume the management of SRAD.

Internet Auction, Inc. offers a popular person-to-person trading community on the internet, wherein sellers list items for sale and buyers are able to browse for items which are topically arranged and bid for the item through a fully automated, easy to use online service. The website is located at www.Auctioninc.com. In addition Auction has been offered selected merchandise on an outsource fulfillment basis. Auctions services are in competition with other Internet companies such as eBay Inc(Nasdaq:EBAY), uBid Inc.(Nasdaq:UBID),ONsale Inc.(Nasdaq:ONSL),Excite Auction(Nasdaq:XCIT),and Yahoo Auction(Nasdaq:YHOO).
