Admit it you were 100% wrong on this and he/she was 100% right. < In fact, I predicted that ECD would likely NOT see significantly increased royalties BEFORE the second half of 1998 (Post 186 Yahoo! ENER). Moreover, more precisely, I did not expect much increase before the end of 1998 (Post 209). (If anyone refers to the above posts, remember that the Yahoo! post numbers are sometimes only approximate - they often show up somewhat different even for the same browser).
