Well, I think the $10M convertible was to Aragon Partners. (That is the name I recall that was on a recent SEC filing. Edgar does not seem to be working right now so I am unable to check.) It is my understanding that this is a Silicon Valley investor, not an ophthalmologist.

With a little digging it should be possible to find out who it is.

When the deal was done, it looked like good terms for the company, just as the prior private placement looked like a good deal for the company. It has turned out that both deals were very good deals for the investors. I'm glad I was one of them.

Edgar working now.

It was Aragon Ventures LLC. It is common for Californians to organize in Nevada to remain anonymous and because of possible tax advantages.
