Looks as though the theory that the Senate, Congress and Chief Justice mucking about playing "Catch Bill C with his pants down" would be bad for the USA is coming true.

Here is a serious thread wanting to discuss one of the splendours of human technological achievement but instead reduced to scrabbling around, raving in frustration and anger while politicians responsible for the good and effective government of several countries play silly political games like jealous children in a sandpit.

So, what's new?

In as much as the Senate Democrats and Republicans seem to be dividing up along party lines, they are breaching their oath of impartiality. I'm not actually sure they promised to be impartial in taking part in the impeachment process, but that is what I recall seeing. Since it is a question of fact and a question of 'high crime' or not, it seems that the decision to impeach or not should be evenly spread over the two parties.

I know the topic is meant to be Globalstar and people will think this off topic. But it isn't since progress is stopped solely for political reasons. This is a $1m per day cost [according to Valueman, though I'm inclined to think of opportunity cost which is more like $10m per day]. I know the Senate and Big Time politicians who are VERY important don't deal in numbers less than $1bn, and preferably $1 trillion [in the USA anyway], but over a year, we are talking billions for Globalstar in lost revenue when they are running at capacity. That time is being pushed further into the 21st century.

No wonder the GSTRF share price is trickling away.

In frustration,

Maurice
