wow, I knew there was something smelly here!!! Thanks for the information on Anthony. Wow, he has been a bad boy!!!! Kind of makes me wonder about a few things like: 1. How many of these traders who vehemently defend Anthony and attack others who question him, are friends or past associates of Anthony's. I'll bet some of them are! 2. How many of these post are from the same person, maybe Anthony using multiple names? Why would he do this? Simple, to make it look like he has a following and to get at the top of the SI hot list. Remember, Anthony doesn't have this thread to help others. Anybody who thinks that is very very naive. He does it to create a buffer around his trades. It helps to protect anything bad happening to his trades. Anybody doubt whether he is in the trader before he calls it or out of it before calls for a cover. The traders on this thread may be making money (hey, I've even made a few bucks following behind him) but Anthony does this for Anthony in my opinion. Good job guys bringing this information forward. very gutsy. we need to uncover the hypsters and scammers on the internet!!! Brentsky

The Broker Dealer was withdrawn voluntarily in June what you are talking about or trying to infer is false and didnt happen till December because I refused to pay BEST an award in arbitration in whichg I was the plaintiff..Bear Stearns seeems to have some huge pull at the NASD,,they were just cleared of wrongdoing by an nASDD panel in the AR baron failure ...however ironically they are trying to settle the criminal chrges the Us Attorney seems to feel are valid involving the exact same failure ,, AR Baron..Like I said the NASD is a BOYS CLUB run By the heavies and they have littel tolerance for those who rockj the boaty,, they refuse to appear on acmera to answer my allegations of wide spread fraud on NASDAQ and the Bulletin Boards in the 20/20 interview ,, I came down very hard on the NASD ,, and they retaliated,, that is my opinion and if you look at the facts I believ that is what is supported,,yet they had the audacity to ask me to come testify in the NASD case -vs- jerry Rosen ,( Quigley manipulation) as a main witness.. BTW ..I did it not for them but because it was the right thing to do.. They are huge hypocrites.. As matter of a fact they suspended John Fiero ffor failing to give testimony and fined him $50,000..well unlike me he fought it and appealed it to the SEC,, The SEC affirmed the Suspension so he appealed it Federal Court ,,w ithout hearing oral arguments , the Appelate judges read the briefs , transcripts, and testimony, and case ppresented by the NASD and overturned the suspension and fine...but it cost him $ 250,000 in legal fees...This case was just decided and was an unprecedented victory for those who criticize the "boys Club" known as the NASD.. You can keep throwing all the stones you want it doesnt change what I do or what I know.. But if it makes you feel better...go right ahead....just be careful...
