WWWWWAAAAAAAYYYYYYHHHHHAAAAAAYYYYYYY There.....HOLD UP A MINUTE!

Sun and Quantum are by absolutely no means the only relationships
being developed by INSGY, never mind ALCATEL, and three other
Telcoms I mentioned before.....
INSGY are very,very,very,very,very,very,very, busy bees!
Collecting Pollen!!
Coming into the hive.
Queen Bee is Sun....Quantum is a worker who want to get their
new generation of Disk Subsystems onto Enterprise Suns and Network
Attach.....................

But believe me, many more workers coming back to the hive!!!!

Making Honey!!!

BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!

Insignia may be undiscovered to you, but many of us have already discovered it, and it hurt. Aware has not had the crash-and-burn phase that Insignia went through. I know Insignia instituted new sales reporting safeguards to handle the mess they were in when they were forced to restate their results (http://www.insignia.com/Corporate/Releases/Company/Q4-96_Financial_970227.html). I don't know what the new management team looks like relative to the old one, but they'd better either be different, or have learned from their mistakes.

Aware also has solid patents covering its DMWT technology (I believe) and has been a pure intellectual property company since inception. Insignia still has to prove that they can be an intellectual property company: unfortunately they have demonstrated they aren't a great software product company (technology is great, but marketing and sales are poor). Their ability to negotiate appears limited too.

Don't let this put you off, Insignia may well be the next 'Aware'. I just don't feel comforable putting any more of my money to work under their management.

The two stocks are not related..I just meant that INSGY is at the same undiscovered time as AWRE was when it was much lower in price.I just feel that the relationship INSGY has with Sun and Quantum are potentially very good for the future of the company.
