Hi! Italiana, The stock I oversold no longer appears in my account positions now. It took a few days for it to disappear though. However, my tax record is all screwed up and I had to call Etrade to adjust it. but then they did not do it right!! I sent them another E-mail message asking them to correct the situation, so far I have never received any response. I have basically decided to forget about this matter for a while because it's so time consuming to deal with Etrade customer service. Have a good weekend! Jma
