Here are some questions for the IR company.(i believe that
you intended to ask most of them anyway):

1.Name change. When?
2.What is going on with the deal to purchase a
top 100 site? Is it close to a sign?
3.What are they going to do to increase market awareness?
4.Are they going to do an IPO?

I want to understand something. Do the people who
own Entertainmentblvd.com merged it into SDMT for only
2.35 million shares and the former board of SDMT owns
the rest?

If the answer is yes, they did it for an awfully cheap
compensation.
