yes it fine to have 2 or 3 different accounts , but it is not most efficient way to trade ...
you have to split your equity between 2 or 3 brokers and then you will be able to use the one which is fastest at the moment .
But where is a warranty that the broker who is fastest at 10:30 am
will still be up to speed around 11 am beside that if you split your equity you are weakening your position say for margins , short sale
and so on , unless you are trading 100k or bigger account which
can be split into 3 fractions and still be big enough to give
buyimg power in each of them ..

my 2 cents FWIW ..
