Level II is quite expensive. Monthly fee too.

FEB,

I use StockEdge Online. Everyone has their own interpretation of expensive, but I find it extremely useful and necessary. Like you said, it is best to stay LONG with WCTI! I wouldn't suggest to anyone to day trade WCTI before the launch, this would be a costly mistake - IMO! Hope this info helps a little. :o)

E*Trade has level II feature for daily trader. Before you can qualified, you have to trade up to certainly times a quarter in order to get to the level II. Which is free for the active traders.
