Raiders I agree with the wffect that daytraders have on these stock- I also believe short-term momentum traders are very powerful in these stocks as well.

But regarding the amzn earnings announcment- won't this be somewhat anti-climactic? They already announced they did $250 million in revs for the last q, and that they made no progress in improving operating profits (losses). What more can they say Tues nite?

I am serious with this Q - not trying to be a wise guy; I just don't see what they can announce that will really make a difference either way. Whoever buys this stock obviously doesn't care about the important details of their ops, the kind of things that Glenn R. points out all the time about amzn, so they're not going to care this time either.

What I do think will matter is the general fizzing out of the internet stocks, which I think has only just begun.
