Concerning guys, shopping bags and women, I really don't know the percentages, but I do know what you say is a popular theory. As for myself, I have always been somewhat selective. I have never been one to "wrap an American flag around her face and do it in the name of Old Glory". Nor am I attracted to those who "bang like a screen door in a hurricane." I do hope that bit of insight gives you some pause for relief, at least as to me.

Janie, on behalf of the guys of America and elsewhere I must resent your statement: "Usually, its the woman that has the option, as most guys I know would be happy with just about any woman provided they can put a shopping bag over the heads of the uglier ones." If I may I would suggest the following: 1. Meet some new guys. 2. If a guy comes to your door with a shopping bag don't go out with him.

Jane, you know the wrong type of guys...... and if women are going to tolerate shopping bags then the wrong type of woman too.... Usually, its the woman that has the option, as most guys I know would be happy with just about any woman provided they can put a shopping bag over the heads of the uglier ones. I know that's a stereotypical joke, but really.... good men have an incredible amount of options ... but being good men, their probably picky... As for trying things.... pursuing one's dreams is makes life all the more worth living.... my record label has not been the greatest of successes yet, but I'm glad I've put in the effort. And if my stock picks do well again, I may have the money to get some interns and an office and let them run the show, because at this point I don't have the time or resources to run the whole show myself. My dream won't die though, it's just hybernating. Well, it's been a late night with a lot of Mexican Mudslides... I think I'll call it a night. G'night. Kurt

Usually, its the woman that has the option, as most guys I know would be happy with just about any woman Boy, is that a clay pigeon or what? My mind is racing with at least a dozen answers, but I will leave it at this. I think it really depends on the person and the environment. A lot of women do not have an option, as so for men. But a good personality can override all physical appearances. The true beauty of a person is on the inside, not the outside. But is doesn't hurt to stay physically fit no matter who you are.
