Charles, I think your post is disingenuous. First, you say that you are bored by the banter between me and PartyTime. Then, you proceed to do the same thing. Don't you think that people will be equally bored by the banter between you and I? Is this somehow a higher-class banter than that between me and PartyTime? If your were serious about asking me those questions, you would have posed them in a PM. But in any case I will not answer them, because I have answered them so many times that I will not answer them again. You will find that I have already answered those questions a dozen or so times. (But good luck finding the answers in the historical muck!) I just answer them, and them somebody chimes in and says "but you didn't answer", when what they mean to say is "I didn't like your answer".
