I don't have level II myself, cause I don't have
the time to use it. There are quite a few
sites offering this capability; some where you download
the software and connect to a database and some where you
simply log into the web site and its starts a Java session
for you. Its relatively pricey for non full-time traders,
but you can make up the cost by one good trade per month.

You can try Level II for $75 (2 week trial). I can't remember the provider but if you go to elitetrader.com and run through the free level II tutorial it will tell you about this special offer and the website to go to. I think I have the web address at work and I will post it Monday. This is $25 for the quotes plus $50 exchange fee. I think level II generally runs between $175-$300 a month. I might just do this 2 week trial to cover the launch date.
