If the rumors are correct and Gary Dobry has been served on behalf of Spider Valdez, we'll eventually know through public record if Dobry admits to actually being Spider. It appears that he's currently denying having been served. But I'm sure the question of his identity could be resolved quite simply. Auntie, Rico, and Hogger have all stated here on the thread that they've recently received faxes from "Spider Valdez". They must, therefore, know the phone number from which these faxes originated. They could be called to testify. Unless, of course, they didn't actually receive any faxes. Unless they were....just making that up....
