<<Baldy--> five years is soon in the buisness world. >>
Well, we can disagree without being disagreeable. Lots of companies live from quarter to quarter. I have seen huge changes in technology in the last five years, many companies have died and many new ones have been started. Five years from now, TSIG could be a large prosperous company or just a distant memory for the current TSIG thread members. Next time you apply for a job, tell your future boss that you want your position to be guaranteed for five years since you think that is "soon" in the business world. I think I know what the answer will be. Unless you are a top rated professional sportsman, the answer will almost definitely be "no".

>>If we had to strike a deal with the devil to get the card...I can live with that.<<

The way I understand it is that no one ever wins a deal made with the devil. There is always a substantial cost to pay.

>>Piercy is history! and will be gone once his shares have been sold.<<

I guess you didn't read the terms very closely. He gets paid 250K per annum indefinitely as far as I can see.

As long as Piercy is involved with the company and they are paying him 250K/year, the APPEARANCE of shady business will persist. How much does that cost TSIG?

He is an albatross around TSIG's neck, and it looks like we may just have to live with that.
