As someone already posted what was on the DCHT site, and beat me to it, I have to say I am rather glad. As I would have a hard time trying to summarize, like I thought I could, what the meeting was all about and its very positive messages and outcome...After the meeting, I was even more impressed with the company than before. Yes, the meeting was low-keyed, but that is the type of people running it. They are not interested in inflating a stock..They are more interested in focusing on what is and what can be, and growing a "powerhouse company...This was a total "no hype" meeting...The kind that I love to sink my teeth into...Ones that won't go away, just continue to grow.

So to fill in the blanks....Let me first say, I was totally impressed by the fact that they are a "DEBT FREE" Company, and working financials. They have had to re-do them, but that is a good thing. When they are done, they will be good. And they are definitely coming. You won't find this on the "Pink Sheets", that's for sure.

As far as business....As you probably all know by now, things finally started picking up, after ironing out a few glitches, Oct. of 98.(figures are at their site). A review of their figures shows that their sales really took off and showed postive in Nov. and Dec. of 98...They already have a major backlog for first quarter of 99, and as far as I can see, sales will continue, and pick up. There are more contracts ongoing with what they already have to offer, and they are working with some powerhouses such as Westinghouse, GE, Allied Signal, and many more. There is so much more to this company though..It also has such a great future, that I see as an open door for extreme potential growth.. April 99 will announced a demo of their "fuel cell'( with others things coming down the line)...Though it is only my opinion, it opens a whole new world of business, one that can expand to every area, including commercial, defense, wholesale and retail, encompassing so many areas that require "energy"..The list and potential is enormous, likewise, their contacts. I suggest everyone go to the site. They are really taking very good steps to keep their shareholders up to date with accurate information.

So, how do I feel? The company has all pathways and communication open to them for substantial growth, and is in the process of doing just that. I have no doubt as to where they are going, and have no doubt that this company's stock is highly undervalued.

To summarize: No DEBT (that is incredible), management holds great percentage of stock, ongoing sales, large backlog, ..on going contracts, and more product to demo/offer in april that will, without a doubt be successful.

Take care all

Am very glad I am a shareholder....This company should be so much higher in value stockwise..

Make sure you check out their site.
