This writer's opinion is that when we finally do see insider sales reported, everyone will realize that it is Rusty and "friends" that sold during the runup to help pay for those 1,800,000 shares at $2.50. Not a bad deal, sell HIGH and replace at 10% of market. In my mind it is one step away from being criminal, but that is only my opinion and since there is that "one step", It might make it legal, but certainly not moral.
