and Add-on Service Agreements
During the third quarter, Pilot signed a total of 46 new service agreements with new and
current customers. Major new customers included blue-chip companies such as Baxter
Healthcare, Greater Bay Bancorp and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and electronic
business companies such as Transactor Networks and Vita Systems. Existing customers
that signed add-on agreements included California Federal Bank, First Data
Corporation and PR Newswire.
Major customer news of the third quarter also included Pilot service roll-outs for the
National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), parent company of the Nasdaq
Stock Market and the American Stock Exchange, and Newsweek, the global weekly
news publication. The NASD selected Pilot to link remote employees with its corporate
network over the Internet, while protecting network security and maintaining the
confidentiality of data in transit. Newsweek chose Pilot to provide a strategic foundation
for electronic commerce applications.

New Partnerships
Other business highlights of the third quarter included the formation of corporate
partnerships with Cisco Systems, iPass, Avcom and StorNet.

with GE Capital IT Solutions, will help us to cost-effectively leverage our distribution by
broadening our addressable markets and helping more companies to rapidly take

Word is they will announce IPO on or before 2/9/1999

Earnings are announced Monday after bell so maybe a joint announcement?

Well 2 weeks isnt too long to wait for me, so I will probably place my initial chips down Monday AM after the probable gap up .. so maybe 10:00 or so.

Mark, the 2/9 date is based on the "within 60 days" statement that was made on December 9th.
