Hi Ned, Being a novice investor and never really knowing what questions to ask to do due diligence, I am intrigued by the questions that you put forth Ned Land. I am not so interested in the past (although it does have a large percentage of repeating itself!!) as I have already read most of MISM history on that thread. As for whoever it was that said, the internet stocks are where it's at, who would own oil and mining, that only works if you are in at the beginning of the run of a company (sector) (will there be a run on this one) and will the internet portion of the stock market "regress to the mean"? (I did just start taking a class by a very successful financial advisor.)i.e. AOL and Amazon - a couple of weeks ago -I'm not sure what has happened to them since - too overpriced for me! Maybe we should be in oil and mining as they will upgress(?)uptake to the mean. Keep asking those questions and I hope you all understand what I just said. DAV Oh, I have invested in a whole 1000 shares. That's all I'm willing to lose.
