John: And I haven't decided to sell either but I'm reconsidering my expectations. When I see management, even if it's only perceptually, taking care of themselves with little or no effort (and when promised) to beef up the PR, makes me wonder what their agenda truly is.

Announcing small contracts isn't what I'm looking for. I want to see a broader picture being painted. Already, and without announcing names of companies or specific contract numbers, they could be enlightening the public and Wall St. about their work, numbers in terms company growth serving small companies in a cooperative manner as well as for 'X' amount of multinational corporations and HOW it's leading to continued core business. It ain't happening...they're even keeping share holders in the dark. We need to make a statement and demand answers.

Compare how many people now, compared to 1 year ago, now know about Y2K. Quite a difference, huh? Do the same with TAVA. No change, right? No wonder; here we all are scouring the Net for news and information and what we come up with; even in articles on embedded systems almost always never mentioning or discussing TAVA...and TAVA's supposed to be the leader.

Again, I want answers and I'm not about to acquiesce to giving away more shares to management and further diluting our share value. And I agree with Capt Jack. I will vote individually for the Board Directors and leave JJ off the list. Let's allow him time to pay attention to us or at least send a message.

Otherwise, what's the incentive to change. Gee, last year, according to the AR, in fiscal '98 1,875,545 stock options were exercised bringing in a total of $4,243,000 (average=$2.26/share). And then mgt was turning around a selling a bunch of those for us to buy at what price? And they're asking for more? Then what about next year, or the year after that...?

All the business and earnings growth won't mean much if there's lackluster efforts made towards maintaining share holder value. Again, I fully support 'fma' to address mgt as he has in his letter and as he plans to do at the ASM.
