Steven, I don't really follow your reasoning... My perspective is that the consumer (low-cost home type models) business is a totally different game to the commercial products. So much so that, in fact, CPQ uses a completely different manufacturing methodology for the two arenas. If anything, an increase in the low-end business will drive average margins down, thus necessitating a shift in CPQ overall strategy towards services, distribution etcetera. IMHO we have already seen a lot of this evident shift as industry wide margins have been eroded. Am I missing your point entirely? H
