I was told by Mr Gordon at my last visit that Piercy had not received any money from TSIG. Any transactions would be contingent upon the close of the deal and would probably be stock only restricted for two years from the signing. The indication was also that Piercy would have no involvement with TSIG. It was also stated to the best of my recollections that there would be no transfer of any liabilities.

I thought about the deal with Piercy and we might have two separate items. The card and the network. Maybe the cash is for the use of card and the stock is for the network. This is just my theory.

As best as I can recall we are getting ownership of the card, current card holders, and the existing distributors. The distributors will then have to conform to the rules and regs of TSIG. We will then be free to expand the distributorship network from an existing base instead of starting our own.

TSIG, I believe, could go it alone if the necessity and desire is there.

Be assured Gordon has nothing but the good of TSIG in mind and any deal he does will be in our best interest even though some may feel differently.

I will further clarify these points tomorrow. Be patient til then.
I am going to try and have my response up before I have to leave in the evening for a few hours.

I tried to go to:
stockprofiles.com
to find out more in the TSIG SEC filings. Look what we get now!
Who is Dino?!! What is going on?
I also tried the link to stockprofiles at tsig.com
It says:
The requested URL /tsig/index.htm was not found on this server.

Too much weird stuff happening! First Raging Bull, now this, it's a
bit like an X file show :-)

Someone else, please check it out.

Topfuel,

I do not post often but I read everything. Here is my view of the framework for the TSIG acquisition of the old CCI assets.

Piercy knew he was in trouble with his then group of distributors and he knew he could not continue to operate in the fashion he was. Gordon took a look at the situation and made Piercy an offer. Gordon used the leverage created by Piercy's problems to take control of a great concept "the card", without purchasing the liabilities of the old CCI. We do not need the old distributor group to be prosperous "the card" is the point. IMO I do not think there was ever any intent ion to acquire the old CCI and it's underlying distributor group(I could be wrong). If they want to join us fine. If they do not, so what! Hate to be so callous but this is business. The CARD is the key to TSIG's success, period! Robert Gordon has taken control of the card for TSIG for ever. Gordon is brilliant!
