I agree, this definitely was a really cool idea ... congrats to Mr. Bolton! Seeing this is the only nothing thread in existance (despite your own best efforts, TLC), this thread could bill itself as "The Nothing Thread - Often Imitated, Never Duplicated".

This thread really started out of NOTHING. Gord started the thread on something. When he realized that there was another thread on that something, he erased all the content of this one. He was just being polite. I noticed the thread and was curious what was going on....so the story evolves.
