I'm looking through the LU 99 Proxy Statement today, trying to help figure out whether to cash in my ASND or get a quantity of LU shares put to me, and swing for the fence. I have been really leaning toward taking the LU stock, then today I see in the report that our John Young is being renominated for LU's Board Of Directors, to serve a term that runs through 2002. He has been on LU's BOD since 1996. Interesting. jww
