Why no press releases? Confusion. Stupidity. Expense. You name it. Lots of small companies have a very hard time making their progress known. Look at XYBR. It's a rather strong company that doesn't inform shareholders as well as it should.

One thing I always think about with NPEC is that if it is a scam, a pump and dump, then, dang it, they would have done a better job pumping!! You know what I mean?

Apple, Coke, (and some others that I've owned) put out several press releases a day. They have the bucks and the departments to write them. Are they pumping? Well, maybe. But their shareholders still think the companies are withholding info. Of course, on some level they are. As all companies do.

NPEC is a gamble at this stage, as it's been for many years. I think it's a pretty typical BB stock.

Just remember no stock is perfect.

Do your DD and figure out what level of risk is safe for you...

This is a company average and I hope this help's explain "WHY" also
