Your list is what needs to be done by a company that is non-reporting, and wishes to complete a 504. ROTI is a reporting company, so it did all of those things long ago. I don't know what they should do now; I'm not sure we have all of the facts. I am getting increasingly concerned about Mr. Culp's lieutenants, as they have neglected two stocks: ROTI and WRAP, Mr. Culp's other company. WRAP started trading recently, but has fallen considerably in price, and the company is uncommunicative. Of course, maybe it will all turn out well, but management needs to be more sensitive to the shareholders' need for information. Good luck all.
