Dave, Looks like this might be a good week coming up for NPEC, and if it does turn out to be the real thing, then a lot of us will be very happy this year. But I think that for it to truly become the real thing two things need to happen in addition to any other good news. 1) It HAS to become a reporting company. 2) The number of shares need to be reduced. I used to think that the only way that could happen was through a reverse split....but I read on here where someone mentioned a share buyback. Now that would be a much nicer way of reducing the # of shares. Wouldn't it be sweet if that could somehow happen? Good luck to you! Here's looking forward to the coming week with NPEC. It's looking good! Glad I managed to pick up a few shares last week. Only a few though. I'm still basically crippled because of the halt in Vetta. But NPEC maybe will help me walk again until Vetta comes through. Juanita
