Institutions are loath to invest in situations where management is insulated from the desires of the shareholders. This is frequently characterized in small cap and tightly held corporations by a prohibitive poison pill mechanism in the equity structure. No institutions or funds, little or no improvement in market cap. Little appreciation possible without buyers.

I think the best reason for voting against it (which is a waste of time since stan holds all the votes he needs) is that the owners of a company should have some say in how it is run. That will never happen here. Those that belong to the ovonic cult really dont care though do you.
