C'mon Dipy. Who do you think is paying for most of the big increase in cigarette prices and taxes? Who do you think plays the various and sundry state lotteries and other state monopolized gambling schemes(which pay back less than 50 cents on the dollar)? It ain't the rich. And the Democrats are more guilty than the GOP in screwing the poor this way.
