SAG, I have no facts other than those presented by Mr. Currie, and you can bet that there will be no response from the perpetrators, and certainly no information to the stockholders as has been the history for some time. What Mr. Currie is relating to us is that he has been had by the prepretrators, and so have we!! The degree of the hurt relates to the degree of investment, but his has been much greater than mine. So has the investment of Sonny Lamont, much, much greater than mine by orders of magnitude. My point here is that lies will be found and if a company is perpretrated over any time by dishonest and unfortunately flawed individuals, it will be found ultimately to be known by what it is. Jensen et al have been ominously silent even faced with the rather ominous accusations presented by Mr. Currie and I must say seconded by me! Clearly there is a problem of credibility within present management and clearly, they have chosen to take some stock and run for the border. If they have not been the "dark force", then I would be rather surprised! If they are not, then they simply need to poke up their cowardly heads and say so!! Clearly, there are many explanations due loyal shareholders of this company which is in serious decline as we speak! What have youn heard from Dick Jensen in the last six months? He declares that he is in charge, but folks, I declare to you that he is in charge of the decline of this stock and this company and it is up to him to explain all facts to us or just simply resign and revert any stolen property to the stockholders! I, frankly would like to see a littany of stock issues and their purpose for the good of the company. I wish to know what was issued to Sonny Lamont for his contribution and I particularly wish to know of any stock issued to Jensen or Twiford and I wish to be privy to the corporate machinations which produced that result. I wish to know the position of all corporate officers, their vote and the result of the record as recorded by the corporate secretary. Please forward all corporate documents to my mouthpeice, Gosh, I forgot his name--Maybe Bob Walsh!! Sorry I ever invested here, Jack!
