I don't understand French; in fact, I have a tough time with English.

If an option on stock or securities is allowed to expire without having been exercised, any gain to the grantor or loss to the purchaser is treated as a short-term capital gain or loss (Code Section 1234)b)(1)).

Looks like INTC is at a critical point. I show it closing on Friday below its MA at about $132 for the first time in a while. I believe the health of the tech sector may be determined by what happens here in the short term -- it needs to giddy up. It has minor horizontal support at $126 and more meaningful support at $120.

IMHO this is the stock to watch. If it is a consolidation trading range ($128-$143), it may be very playable. With drugs and retail stalled, financials continuing to react to international events, we don't need tech to stall. Then again, it may just be an over-reaction to the IBM earnings. This week will be important to this outcome.
